Carol service & christingle

Carol service & christingle

You are warmly invited to join us this Sunday at 4pm for our carol service and christingle. Traditional carols, some contemporary reflection on Christmas and a christingle to celebrate the meaning of it all – with drinks and mince pies to follow.

Messy Nativity

messy nativity

We are pleased to reveal the exhaustively researched and totally historical reconstruction of that first Nativity as brought to life by our Messy Church participants. Please be assured that no animals were harmed during the making of this scene. And any resemblance to real persons alive or dead is deliberate – Joseph, we know just what a handsome hunk you were 🙂

Messy Christmas!

Advent sleepout

CTO Advent SleepoutFollowing the success of last year’s event, members of CLM will be joining others from Churches Together in Ormskirk in the Advent Sleepout Challenge, raising awareness of poverty and homelessness at Christmas and collecting money in support of the work of the Church Urban Fund.

Come and meet us at the Clock Tower to chat, have a hot drink or even sing carols, any time on the evening/night of Saturday 10 December.

For more information on the Church Urban Fund’s initiative, see
