Sunday meetings

CLM YouTube

We are now meeting again in person at CLM. Live services take place at 11am and 4pm on Sundays. The morning service is more traditional, with music (no singing as yet though) and a talk from the Bible. The afternoon meeting is more informal, with provision for children for part of the time.

The morning service is also live-streamed on our CLM Ormskirk YouTube Channeland is then available there to view later. We also post other content at other times. Do take a look to browse all the content, access the Sunday services or worship songs playlists.

If in doubt, you can always access the latest Sunday video direct from our dedicated page here clmchurchormskirk.org.uk/corona/

Enjoy!

Sunday meetings 27th September

We will be meeting again this Sunday at CLM – a morning worship service at 11am, and a more informal afternoon meeting, suitable for all and with provision for children, at 4pm. Meetings last around an hour.

And just so you know, the new Lancashire local lockdown restrictions do not affect religious services and can continue as before. Systems to make the building safe are in place and you will need to sanitise your hands on entry and wear a mask while in the building. Refreshments are available in the café afterwards (table service only).

Do join us if you can!

“Live” services starting at CLM

This Sunday 20 September we will be starting “live” services at CLM. We will hold two meetings which will both be run in accordance with government “Covid secure” guidelines. These are worship services, not social occasions, though you are welcome to stay afterwards and converse with others once outside again.

Our morning worship will be similar to our services prior to the Coronavirus lockdown. It starts at 11am and will last around an hour. Refreshments will be served afterwards – seated, and respecting the limit of 6 on social groups. (This Sunday! This changes with the introduction of the limited local lockdown in Lancashire on Tuesday, though our worship services will not be affected.)

We are also starting a more informal meeting on Sunday afternoons. This is suitable for all, families with children included, and will start at 4pm.

Do get in touch if you need any more details. Hope to see some of you there!

Sunday 16 August video available

This Sunday’s video is available to view on the usual page. So why not drop by and join in worship in song, prayer, some info on the new charity Community Lives Matter, a kids’ activity in which they can learn a bit about octopuses, and a brief look at the final paragraphs of Jesus’s teaching in the sermon on the mount?

Don’t forget that Neil does a longer message too, digging into the same text in a bit more detail. You can access it from the same page or directly on our YouTube channel.

Sunday 26 July video now available

Today’s video is now available. Our apologies, for the delay. It can be found as usual on our Coronavirus resource page.
